工作内容：主要是参与IBM SCE(SmartCloud Entry)云产品DevOps流程开发测试工作。

IBM has strategic investments in cloud computing including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and solutions.

The IBM CSTL Cloud team is responsible for IBM infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) Cloud strategy and architecture design, as well as the Smart Cloud Entry (also called Starter Kit for Cloud) product development and test with the most advanced technologies. We are also collaborating with IBM World Wide Emerging Solution Lab on future Cloud trends and technologies, such as OpenStack and Trusted Cloud. Besides, we provide strong technical support to IBM sales and service teams on designing and implementing IaaS Cloud solutions for large enterprises in China and worldwide. We are building up a Cloud ecosystem on top of IBM Smart Cloud Entry by working closely with dozens of IBM business partners and ISVs.

Skill Requirements:  
- Good programming skills in Java, Shell, Python(Java is a must)  
- Good knowledge and experiences in OO, OSGi, REST, Web2.0,design patterns, JUnit  
- Good knowledge and experiences in Testing
- Solid understanding of large scale enterprise software development process and agile process  
- Excellent communication skills and excellent team player  
- Excellent trouble shooting skills  
- Fluent English  
- Having skills and experiences in following technologies is a big plus:  
Virtualization (KVM, PowerVM, VMware, etc.), Storage (Volume Manager, NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SVC, etc), Unix, Linux, Database, web service, network management, Staf/Stax
