Intern – Government Relations

Intern Project Description:
o    Assist in the planning and managing workshops, training, conference and symposiums that target government stakeholders, think tanks and key opinion leaders
o    Implementing the above events, including but not limited to planning, logistics arrangement, and on-site coordination
o    Coordinate with external event organizers/vendors and internal stakeholders
o    Assist in content development for the event
o    Assist in desk top research related to GR work, such as data collection
o    Provide administrative support, such as sourcing and compliance handling
o    Assist in file management
Requirement:
o    can work 3 days each week
o    Major in English, Business, administration, public policy or others relevant
o    Proficiency in  MS Word /Excel /Power Point
o    Good command in both English and Chinese languages
o    Desktop research
o    Event management experience
