具体要求:
Key Accountabilities
1. Reception service
-Welcome and greet visitors (manage welcome board & demo’s, greet guests cheerfully, lead guests to meeting room and offer drinks, inform staff of arrival).
-Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, messages to staff
-Manage domestic and international mail, express and other delivery services
- Order lunches for meetings, events,
2. Office management support
- Make travel arrangements for visitors, and staff ( e.g. arrange hotel booking, transportation, airport pick up ,....)
- Maintain and order office supplies, business cards, door badges, finger printer, water & soft drinks, fruits, and etc.
- Assist payment procedure. Collect invoices and fill out the Payment Request Form
- Assist newhire onboarding process. Prepare stationary, diary book, desk name cards, welcome card etc.
- Assist office manager in organizing all employee activities ( town hall meetings, team outing, events, … )
- Update staff contact list on weekly basis on family.cn.real.com-
3. Personal assistance to Sales Director
- Administrative support (e.g. reimbursement, maintaining diary, appointments, scanning business cards ...)
- Arrange airport pick-up for VIP customers
- Assist in keeping meeting minutes and reports if required (in office only)
4. Assistance to HR Mgr if needed
- Maintain employee leave records and training records, and provide weekly updates
Education and Experience
Education
College education or above;
Experience
Good service mind and coordination ability;
Good in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin Chinese;
Good skill of MS Office
