Job Description
1.Handling daily operational trouble shooting.
2.Track down exceptional case to resolved.
3.Oversee all operational issues and clarify root cause for each cases.
4.Build up operational monitoring metrics.

Basic requires
1.Master/Bachelor degree candidate or equivalent in computer in science,
2.industrial engineering or related areas of information science
3.Basic data analyze related experiences.familiar with DB tools and excel.
4.Graduate in 2014 or later
5.Effective problem-solving skills; Creative

1.Strong communication skills in spoken and written form, including
2.English
3.Self-motivation
