Position: Full Time Intern
Period: 3-6 months
Location: Beijing
Start: March 2013


Responsibilities:
- Market research & deal-flow management
- Financial analysis, due diligence, legal issues and others
- Portfolio company support
- Identify deal-flow issues, drive analysis, and take actionable initiatives


Requirements:
- Good communication skills, proactive and team spirit
- Strong interest in venture capital / entrepreneurship
- Ability to work in a time-intensive situation
- Bachelor degree or above, MBA student preferred
- Finance, business, engineering background is a plus but not limitation
- Investment or start-up experiences preferred
- Fluent English and Chinese, both in written and spoken
- Professional PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
