AMD Research China Lab is seeking multiple talented students as co-op interns to analyze emerging workloads and simulate innovative AMD future heterogeneous APU architecture and new dense cloud server. A broad background that includes both computer architecture and software expertise is strongly preferred. The position requires an experienced software developer to measure, and analyze workloads to derive new workload insights and provide guidance to the system designers. Key skills are: strong programming skills with OpenCL/CUDA, application tuning (e.g., Hadoop), scripting language experience (Python), and good communications skills.
