Role Description:
1. Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the proper individual or provide information and/or take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary.
2. Receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients courteously and properly.
3. Order general office suppliers, etc.
4. Assist in receiving and sending office mails.
5. Arrange the meeting schedule and booking the flights and hotels.
6. Statistic index KPI on weekdays.
Person Description:
1. Good spoken and written English.
2. Smart, outgoing and well organized.
3. Good MS-Office skills and PC skills.

3.及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息;
4.受理会议室预约,协调会议时间,下发会议通知,布置会议室;
6.预订机票和宾馆;
5.协助上级购置办公设备、办公用品,负责发放及记录;
6.负责办公环境维护及行政辅助工作;
7.统计公司的日、周和月KPI指数;
8.活动的组织和场地的预订。
职位要求:
1.较好的英语听说读写能力。
2.聪明,开朗,工作有条理有组织。
3.熟练应用word、excel软件及掌握一定电脑技能。
