The key requirements as below:
1. Passionate about technology, software development/test , highly motivated, self-disciplined
2. Software development experience on windows using Visual Studio
3. Understanding of basic software testing methodology  
4. Basic networking knowledge
5. Knowledge of diskless boot and external storage is a plus
6. Strong problem determination and resolving skills.  
7. Quick learner, and adapt to a new working environment quickly.
8. Good team player
9. Master's Degree in CS, EE or related majors.
