Technical Support

Locations: Beijing

Job Description:
To support Nexenta customers in Greater China area ensuring that proper operating procedures are followed, service requests are being expedited. You will also maintain that staff always provides a superior support experience to our customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
1.    Provides level 2 support. Coordinate and escalate to US for supported customer base.
2.    Works with support to troubleshoot anomalies and liaise with engineering or third party vendors to resolve product issues.
3.    Analyze case data and customer input to identify product improvement opportunities.
4.    Scopes, prepares and executes professional service statements of work.
5.    Detailed understanding of product architecture, technical components and application functionality.
6.    Experience participating in product design and technical reviews related to new features or enhancements, providing product supportability and implementation feedback.
7.    Subject matter expert in product deployment and operations
8.    Set up and document troubleshooting procedures for new products
9.    Proven ability to mentor and display leadership and ownership of issues and process with business interactions

Requirements:
1.    Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree also preferred
2.    Have a good knowledge in Data Storage and enterprise operations
3.    Ability to create and maintain architecture documentation
4.    Strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit
5.    Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to solve business problems in collaboration with peers in sales, business development, product, etc.
6.    Strong Mandarin and English skills are requirements
7.    Experience planning and executing strategies to accomplish goals
8.    Strong written & verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
9.    Excellent attention to detail
