1. design, development, test test cases
2. Solve problems/issues in test cases
3. optional, test new features/enhancements/fixes

Skills Required:
1. Solid Java programming skills
2. Good knowledge of OO principles/design
3. Quick learner and solve problem with limited help
4. Good Chinese & English communication in writing, listening and speaking
