Responsibility:
-To assist Operation Managers set up the website for department and projects;
-Responsible for updating and maintaining of the unit information on the web site；
-To assist Operation Manager to deliver the operations materials;
-Provide administrative support to the unit；
-Organize and prepare meetings and appointments。
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above. (本科以上学历)
-Gook Microsoft office SW skill (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
-Good social, negotiation and communication skills.
-Have a good administrative skills and knowledge of website establishment and processes.
-Fluency in spoken and written English.
-Ability to work independently, strong in initiative, planning and organization.
-Proactive and positive learning attitude.
-Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity.
-Full time work at least 4 days a week and work at least 12 months on the position.
