Amazon China Customer Return team is seeking a business analyst with strong analytical skills and business acumen to build up/track operational metrics and assess Amazon's existing return data(return rate, return reason,return performance) for process improvement.
This is a good opportunity to apply optimization and mathematical modeling skills in real world problem.
This will be also a wonderful exposure to Amazon's world class operation practice.
基本资质
Master/MBA degree candidate or equivalent in computer science, mathematics,industrial engineering or related areas in quantitative discipline.
Strong data analyze related experiences(database query and analysis),familiar with DB tools and excel.
Effective problem-solving skills; Creative.

Strong communication skills in spoken and written form, including English
Self-motivation
Good mathematical modeling skills is a plus
