The position holder reports to HR International Mobility Team Leader, Ericsson China. The position holder is a member of HR SSC team and is mainly supporting the operations in International Mobility team for Expatriate Management. This position provides a platform to know the expatriates management in a MNC. Position details are:
Main responsibilities:
1.Support HR International Mobility daily operation
2.Coordination for expatriates salary payments processes toward other departments
3.Support social insurances for expatriates in China
4.Support the personal file management for expatriates in China
5.Participate in related projects as an assistant/team member
Qualifications and Key Competences:
1.Majored in Human Resources or Organizational Management is preferred
2.Good English communication in writing and oral
3.Strong communication skills
4.Good coordination skills
5.Service-minded, accountable and patient
