Title: Admin Intern to China Sourcing GM/Team

Work Location: 3rd floor, HL building, No.1 Yong Chang North Road, BDA, Beijing.
Duration: around 5 months, could start from May.2013
Working frequency: 5 work days/week

Responsibility:
Calendar management for GM, including check calendar for those who need to make appointment with GM; meeting conflicts coordinating and rescheduling; reminding GM to attend important meetings on time etc.
Support GM in biz trip arrangement, including air tickets and hotel booking, itinerary setting up, and corporate card/cash reimbursement after trip.
Meeting facility set up, including meeting room booking, T-con/WebEx/Projector setting up etc.
Support Sourcing team with general office administration, such as stationery and office supplies booking, reception of customers come to meet GM, daily call/email disposing.
Support global visitors for China visa preparations and logistics arrangement in China.
Other tasks assigned by GM.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (both writing and oral);
Professional in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook;
Well organized, attention to details, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in an environment of changing priorities.
Strong sense of responsibility, a self-starter to work on own initiative and well in a team environment.
Ready to learn and support, enjoy working as a admin role.
