因工作需要，现招聘实习生，完成以下研究任务的研究报告。

研究任务
Task 1:
An assessment of trends in indicators of environmental quality such as pollution levels for air , water and land
(1) Is there evidence for an environmental Kuznets curve in China?
(2) Do such trends differ significantly from those other countries experienced?
(3) Are there indicators that this curve be flattened by policy action (e.g., earlier peak and sharper decline than experienced elsewhere)?

Task 2:
A critical review of efforts to reduce industrial pollution using approaches such as environmental performance ratings
(1) How are such efforts designed and implemented?
(2) What has been the result in terms of reduced and avoided pollution?
(3) How does the effectiveness of such approaches compare to alternative approaches to industrial pollution control (e.g., stronger regulation, monitoring and enforcement)?
(4) What main policy implications come from this work?
(5) What are the options for local urban governments in using such approaches to strengthen industrial pollution control?

Task 3:
A critical review of approaches to increase public participation in efforts to improve environmental quality
(1) What has been the experience in China with involving the public in environmental policy making?
(2) How can information about public preferences and willingness-to-pay for environmental quality improvements be better harnessed?
(3) How do such approaches complement other environmental policy instruments (e.g., price mechanisms, regulations and direct investments)?

要求：
1、在读博士，可以完成三项研究任务中的一项（自己挑选一项）
2、实习期间为4月25日-5月25日（日期可能会略有变动），同时，保证在任务完成后两周内，可以有时间进行后期修改
3、不要求全职在岗，但需要阶段性的汇报
4、有报酬
