Specific Responsibilities:

•    Plan and write documentation for SaaS software products such as design
document and use case.
•    Work closely with multiple teams to research, write, and review
documentation (Engineering, Product Management, Support, QA, etc.)
•    Work with the engineering team to manage the internal technical
documentation.
•    
•    Position Requirements:
Native English speaker
•    2+ years of experience as a technical writer
•    Strong product-oriented focus – willing to dive deep to understand the
product
•    Ability to work with screenshots, workflow diagrams, and other graphics

Education:
