-- Finance Affairs including Registration, invoice delivery, AR collection etc.
-- Materials review and translation
-- MeetingMemo and feedback summary
--Information collection and analysis
--Database Maintain
Communication Work
-- Answer the clients’ inquires via call and email
-- Clients’ needs follow up
-- Cooperation with finance department
Other related work
Qualifications:
-- Senior undergraduate or 2nd year postgraduate students;
-- 2-3 working days per week for 3-6 months;
-- Good interpersonal skills, hard working and team work spirits;
-- Business acumen, work efficiency;
-- Excellent MS Office;
-- Quick learning ability
-- Can work in multi-task
-- Students majored in Human Resources, Psychology, and Management is preferred.
