开发类实习生
要求：

    * 计算机背景，本科或以上学历。
    * 1-2年使用Java/C#/C/C++或者其他相关编程语言的经验。
    * 有开发数据驱动的应用和服务的经验。
    * 独立、有激情、技术背景强，能够承受压力并在不明确的情况下解决问题。
    * 有开发网页相关应用经验的人员加分。
    * 英语基本写作沟通能力良好。



研究类实习生
要求：

    * 在以下任何一个领域有丰富的经验：机器学习、信息检索、计算机视觉、视频编码、数据挖掘和自然语言处理。
    * 对数据结构和算法有深入了解。
    * 有论文在相关核心会议或刊物上发表者优先。
    * 计算机或相关学科的硕士、博士学位优先。
    * 英语基本写作沟通能力良好。


测试类实习生
要求：

    * 计算机背景，本科以上学历。
    * 1-2年使用Java/C#/C/C++或者其他相关编程语言的经验。
    * 有创建数据导向服务和应用的经验
    * 独立、有激情、技术背景强，能够承受压力并在不明确的情况下解决问题。
    * 注重细节、有良好的测试意识。
    * 英语基本写作沟通能力良好。

       Hulu(http://hulu.com/)是一家成立于2007年，目前由NBC环球、新闻集团和迪斯尼共同控股的美国在线视频公司。短短5年时间，Hulu已经在洛杉矶、北京、纽约、旧金山、芝加哥、西雅图以及东京建立了自己的团队，并成为全美最大的专业视频网站。
       Hulu北京研发中心座落在海淀区五道口清华科技园，是除洛杉矶总部之外最大的研发中心，目前有员工80余人。自2007年成立以来，北京研发中心在美国和日本网站(http://hulu.jp/)以及手机、平板电脑、电视等多种终端设备的发布和建设中承担着重要的开发工作，并独立负责内容推荐、广告精准投放、视频搜索、视频编码、人脸识别和播放器等许多核心研发项目。

以下是各组项目的简单介绍：
1. Web-audience Team: The team focuses on the development and improvement of US site and player, the most recent one being launch of Hulu Version 2 in Aug. 2012. They also cooperate with the US team working on the Social projects.
2. Japan Team: The Japan site (hulu.jp) was launched in 2011 and the team is responsible for developing and improving Japan product from frontend to backend.
3. Device Team: Working alongside with Seattle Device Team, Beijing Device team concentrates on the development of living room as well as mobile devices, in cooperation with different device manufactures from both US and Japan sides.
4. Search Team: The team improves and maintains Hulu search engine and crawler, making sure that users get the best and personalized search results.
5. Engineering Excellence Team: The team works on the test framework and test automation tool, providing an efficient platform for other feature teams and guaranteeing the highest quality of our product.
6. Recommendation Team: The team plays a key role in the ad targeting and content recommendation area, as well as in the personalization project which works closely with user’s data.
7. Research Team: From Show Genome to Face Match, the team is encouraged to challenge difficult research topics such as NLP, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Computer Vision areas, etc. and apply their research on the product for better user experiences.
