Job Title: Training Assistant
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Under general supervision, schedules and coordinates the administrative aspects of training programs. Provides a variety of comprehensive administrative support to the department.
Qualification & Requirement:
1. Education Background: University degree or above
2. Working Experience: No any specific requirement, only hired if person has required skills towards the job
Candidate requires:
1. Open minded and eager to learn new knowledge and skills
2. Good communication skills
3. Computer skills (good at Excel, PPT and word)
4. Fluent English in both oral and written (better above 6 degree)
5. Positive and pleasant personality and can work hard
6. Self disciplined
Main Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate part of administrative matters pertaining to in house and out door training program
2. To maintain up-to-date records, calendar and filing system
3. Typing and photocopying training materials
4. Attend to administrative and secretarial duties as and when required (arrange meetings, support to organize activities, travel arrangement etc.)
