Responsibilities
Provide a strong role in designing, enhancing, and maintaining one of Adobe's critical Digital Marketing Suite products using cutting-edge technologies.
Coordinate efforts with the Genesis solutions team to ensure the needs of our Genesis partners and developers are met and exceeded.
Follow agile software development methodologies to ensure all milestones and commitments are achieved.
Solve complex business and technical problems involving large-scale data aggregation from multiple channels.
Work with the Quality Engineering team to design and automate tests for functional and API testing to ensure complete test coverage for all areas of the product with a meticulous attention to detail.
Address software bugs, write automated tests, and quickly address any issues introduced in the development environment.
Requirements
Bachelors or above, Computer Science or related field
Experience in Internet / web-based software development or testing is plus;
Strong understanding of design patterns, distributed systems, and caching services
Extensive experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Proficiency in mid-tier / server-side web application development using with LAMP i.e. PHP, Linux, Apache, MySQL and large databases (over 10 Million records), JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, etc.
Experience architecting a highly scalable automation infrastructure
Experience with Symfony (or similar) web application frameworks
Strong understanding of how to take requirements from multiple sources and create a new feature.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proactive about working with others and be able to articulate ideas clearly
Willing to work in a highly competitive environment.
