Job Description:

This position comprises two parts. The main responsibility is to work on derivative trading, modeling and structuring related issues. The job also includes researching on market neutral stock trading strategies. The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to:

oWorking on derivative (plain venila and excotic) pricing models, risk models and derivative structuring
oResearching on market neutral trading strategies
oDevelop computation programs to excute high frequency trading and calculate risk exposures
oMaintain and upgrade databases

Knowledge
oDeep understanding of derivative pricing and all kinds of data mining methodolegies
oGood understanding of sales and trading business
oSound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets

Skills and Abilities
oVBA knowledge and experience
oSophisticated Matlab user
?Strong skills in programming, database and quantitative modeling
oPossess broad financial products and analytics knowledge and experience
oEffective communicator
oSelf-confident & energetic

Qualifications
oStrong academic background from renowned universities
oMath, financial engeneering and computer related educations are preferred
oRelated working experiences are highly preferred
oWilling to work hard and long hours to achieve results
oWill graduate in 2013.
