Job Title: Software Engineer for software QA (Intern)
Department: Central Engineering System
Location: Shanghai/ Nanjing

Responsibility:
Develop an automated system to do code loading, test execution, and data logging for firmware release of wireless embedded platform
Develop database back-end for the above system
*Design and develop user interfaces (command-line and web) for the above system
Troubleshoot and customize the above system given the inputs from development team and customers

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, M.S. preferred
Be interested in software development for QA testing
Good understanding and hands-on experience on UART-based serial protocol
Good understanding on RDBS and database/table design
Hands-on experience on LAMP design and implementation, fast implementation of PHP-driven web interface
Hands-on experience on HTML and JavaScripts (or equivalent script)
Hands-on experience on Python/Perl scripts, Unix/Linux Shell scripts, and regular expression.
Hands-on experience on system administration and maintenance of Linux server.
Experience in version control systems such as Perforce, Subversion, or CVS
Proficiency on tcl and regular expression is a big plus
Experience with embedded software development is a big plus
Knowledge on physics of wireless channels, IEEE 802.15.4, or Zigbee is a big plus
