Brief Description of Assignment:
- Assist in organizing CIP APAC regular meetings and overseas management team;
- General administrative support for CIO APAC office;
- Manage databases for ITS overseas management team;
- Support process optimization in ITS overseas department;
- ITS/O SharePoint – build up new SharePoint & structure, create administrative model;
- Develop new document storage model for ITS/O.
Qualification Requirement:
- Both spoken & written English fluent;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Can handle multi-tasking under pressure;
- Good IT & IT Process skills, experience in working with IT system;
- Able to work fulltime for 6 months and 5 days per week.
2. RD C/AE
Research & Development/Regional Center North East Asia
Duration of internship: 6 months (fulltime)
Preferred starting date: ASAP
Location: Indigo，Beijing (北京酒仙桥颐堤港)

Qualification Requirement:
- Technical background
- Knowledge or understanding of radio communication(GSM, WCDMA, Bluetooth, WLAN or similar)

3. Q/IC
Duration of internship: 6 months (fulltime)
Preferred starting date: July 21st, 2013
Location: Beijing
Brief Description of Assignment:
- Support the quality team in monthly reporting and analysis regarding current projects (Quality-Supplier Management, Supplier Release Certificate…);
-Support the project manager in different tasks;
-Project management and documentation;
-Project engineering in different projects
Qualification Requirement:
- Study course: mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or similar course;
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Advanced skills of MS Office.
