Based in：Beijing
Responsibilities:
1、 Monitor reviews, questions, and complains about LightInTheBox.com on open social platforms;
2、 Reach out to help customers - answer their questions and deal with the problems;
3、 Communicate with influential bloggers and invite them to write about products from LightInTheBox.com;
4、 Support projects in the team; e.g. use MC System to upload product information and promotion deals.
Requirements:
1、 Bachelor degree or above，majored in English or have oversea experience;
2、 Good commands of English, multilingual skills would be a plus;
3、 Familiar with online forums and social networking websites;
4、 Good understanding between business and customers;
5、 Performs well under pressure with good communication skills.
