Title: OTR intern (OTR: Order to Remittance)
Location: 北京亦庄经济技术开发区（有班车，很方便），地铁亦庄线万源街站。
Working Frequency: at least 4 days per week
Duration: 6 months(must guarantee)
Intern salary: 本科生RMB 110/天 研究生130/天
Job Description：
1. Check and make sure data's accuracy
2. Use EWS, ERP, EOM , T&D and ATO to process orders
3. Handle Equipment Delivery Issues
4. Support order process and document preparation
5. Communicate with salesman about the business conditions
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in International Trade and other Economics preferred
Fluent written and verbal English, at least CET-6
Strong computer skills, especially in excel
Good coordination competence
Proved in basic statistical analysis capability
At least 4 days per week and 6 months or above

Order to Remittance，简称OTR，是从产生了销售的需求一直到客户汇款结束一笔交易的全过程。站在这个角度，我看到了一个国际化的公司是如何有序的进行着规范的贸易流程，明白了从sales, sales operation, 到OTR, Finance, inventory这些部门是如何环环相扣的。
Team里的同事都很nice, 非常耐心，会跟你交流很多求职经验和工作经验，非常友好。经常聚餐，常有team building会一起采购水果酸奶零食给大家，工作环境很不错，manager也会经常跟你交谈让你受益匪浅。
