LTE/WCDMA system simulation  
- good at matlab, C++  
- familiar with wireless communications
- familiar with cellular network planning and deployment
- understand basic LTE, WCDMA protocols
- related project experience is preferred  
- communication abilities in English
- can be long term (more than 6 months)
