Position Title:  Intern wanted of Astrium Geo-Information Services Customer Support Engineer


Overview:

As part of the Astrium EADS Group, Astrium Geo-Information Services is a leading provider of services and technologies in the field of remote sensing and aerial mapping to agencies and private companies around the world. As part of our growth in Asia, we are looking for customer support engineer based in Beijing.
o  Customer support engineer will have different missions in China and around Asia / Pacific:
-  to support & train our customers owning our products or requiring our services,
-  to evaluate technical requests from customers,
-  to customize ASTRIUM GEO-INFORMATION SERVICES portfolio products for Asia / Pacific market.


Qualifications Requirements:

o   Master of Science or Bachelor of Science degree in at least one of those relevant fields
      - Image mapping (photogrammetry, remote sensing…)
- Computer science (knowledge of one programming language and OS…)
o         Keen to communicate and with a sense of customer satisfaction
o         Good command of Unix-like operating system & MS Office-like tools
o         Fluent in Chinese and English
o         Location: Beijing.
