Location: Beijing. Siemens Tower in Wangjing, Chaoyang district.
Responsibility:
- Assisting department with bidding support, order handling, marketing and communication
- Giving administrative support to sales team, including organizing meeting affairs, arranging travel matters, keeping office equipments running smoothly, resolving various problems, etc
- Support communication with other departments
- Other tasks assigned by team leader
Qualification:
- Duration of 3 month and above, 3-4days and above per week is required
- Proficient in Spoken & Written English (esp. written english), available to communicate with foreigners on business
- Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of tasks
- Capable to perform the position as soon as possible, and long intern duration will be a plus
