Department:         Sales and Trading Department

Job Description:
o    Providing client coverage on futures clients in Mainland China(mainly focusing on introducing brokerage)
o    Developing business relationships according to client needs and requirements and coordinating the firm’s effort to serve client organizations.

Knowledge:
o    Thorough understanding of futures sales and trading business
o    Industry knowledge in non-ferrous metal, precious metal will be a plus

Skills and Abilities:
o    Sales oriented personality with great people skills, integrating tact and diplomacy
o    Good communication skill and a team player
o    Good presentation and writing skill
o    Self-driven & energetic

Qualifications:
o    Bachelor degree or above
o    Thorough understanding of the respective markets.
o    Solid sales related experience in financial service industry.
o    2 years plus client coverage experience in relevant sales environments.
