Position: IT intern (Beijing , Shanghai)
Job Description:
o Receive service desk calls, create IT tickets, fix simple IT issues or assign tickets to related IT team members
o Liasion with Global team
o Provisioning of laptop, desktops & thin clients
o Cable patching in the server room.
o Maintenance of Printers etc
o Maintain assets inventory

Skills required:
Should have hands on skills on computer OS installation and basic troubleshooting
Fluent Korean speaking is a plus
