这次招人的team是罗德公关的Ruder Finn Interactive，中文名罗德互动，之前是罗德公关的线上公关组（ePR），现在独立出来成为一个单独的部门。主要做的业务是digital marketing，属于content marketing的范畴，也就是“内容为王”啦。说的直观一点就是网络营销，包括品牌形象建立与维护，线上活动设计以及社交媒体维护。

在公司做了两个月，感觉氛围非常好，因为本身就是要关注各领域动向，所以team里面的话题都非常跟得上时代。team里面的同事也比较年轻，经常一起出去玩，不会存在沟通上的代沟还是什么的。Supervisor也比较用心，不会让实习生太大程度的加班或者做太多杂活，我一进公司直接就开始做research上手，做了两个research以后就直接上手做给客户的方案了。team经常在一起brainstorming，实习生有很多发言或者提问的机会，能够在短时间内有很大提高。

个人感觉这份工作需要以下几种能力：

1.对互联网行业比较感兴趣，尤其是对社交媒体和新兴科技感兴趣，其实不需要透彻了解其背后的程序代码什么的，而是能够想到如何把新科技新应用和communication结合在一起（比如微信5.0对各行业的影响，可穿戴设备能够改变哪些传播方式）。

2.因为需要给客户做方案，所以PPT技术起码也要过得去才行（比起一般的report会更加注重美观）。同时，逻辑性和创造力这二者至少必备其一，创造力能够让你的方案成为big wow，逻辑性能够让你的方案易于说服客户。

3.中英文书面表达能力都要好一点，因为日常工作会有一些翻译任务。给客户做方案的时候文字功夫也十分重要，因为需要在有限的篇幅生动地讲清楚一个创意。

4.积极思考非常重要，因为digital marketing本身就需要很多创意，而且大家经常在一起brainstorming，不能觉得自己是实习生就不发言，同事们都挺喜欢听你的新鲜想法~~

This role is designed to help digital team in daily digital communications and research work, including but not limited to:  
  
1.       Collect and sort materials to make case studies for ePR team  
  
2.       Help conduct campaign reports  
  
3.       Draft social media content for accounts  
  
4.       Support on digital research project and provide basic analysis  
  
5.       Other assignments by supervisor  
  
    
  
Requirements:  
  
1.       Major in marketing, communication , English or economic;  
  
2.       Familiar with major social media platforms and have good sense of digital marketing;  
  
3.       Fluent in English;  
  
4.       Good at content draft;  
  
5.       Good at PowerPoint;  
  
6.       Proactive and strong time management skill;  
  
7.       Can work at least 3-4 days per week and last 3 months.
