Responsibilities
1. Responsible for in-depth study and following the whole process of game development, covering the new features design & development, testing, launch new product, bug fix with cross teams; Optimize the features based on data analysis and player feedback.
2. Research needs of users and analog user behavior; Test game in different aspects repeatedly; Data mining in multiple dimensions; Identify potential problems; Put forward a proposal to continue to improve the user experience.
3. Research and analysis of other social games for best practice in game industry, planning new features to increase user stickiness and raise payment rate out from best user experience and game balance.
4. Responsible for day-to-day update the version of game.
5. In close cooperation with the technical, operational, art and other departments; reduce project risk, ensure projects on-going quickly and smoothly.
  
Qualifications
1. Graduated from top tier universities, majored in computer science or engineering
0-3 years of work experience in social game, mobile game, large internet companies or large social networking sites
2. Deep understanding of coding and game product development workflow will be a plus
Strong learning ability, quick thinking, fast to accept new things
3. Excellent in data analysis; sensitive in data indicators and users feedback
4. Excellent oral and written English, with career target to become an international product manager
5. Like innovation and challenges, strong problem-solving skill
6. People who is combination of persistent and flexibility
7. People who’s a self- starter, smart worker, modest and attention to details
8. Can work under big pressure, never say no to difficulties
9. Cheerful and easy going, good communication skills, willing to accept others’ advice, able to quickly integrate into the team, a good team player.
10. Adaptable to work in an international working environment with entrepreneurial passion in start-up and strong desire for success
