任职资格 --  基本条件:  
Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)  
Skills requirement:  
- Solid knowledge of Java technology including but not limited to JSP,J2EE, J2SE, JMS, Web Services  
- Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.  
- Be familiar with scripts development, such as Perl, Shell.  
- Be familiar with popular development tools, such as Eclipse, CVS, Ant, JUnit, etc  
- Solid knowledge on Database application development  
- Solid knowledge on IBM products, such as WebSphere, DB2, is a plus  
- Strong communication skill in English and Mandarin  
- Good teamwork spirit  
- Quick learner  
- Creative thinking  
    
    
工资情况:  
本科生  20元/小时  
研究生  25元/小时  
    
实习时间(包括实习期的长度,每日实习的时间):  
1.至少保证一周4天,尽量一周5天  
2.实习时间  3--5个月
