Job title: Operation Assistant Intern

Job Description:
In this position, your key responsibilities include below but not limited to:
?    Support sample certification backup;
?    Support sample registration, distribution and tracking tools update;
?    Support sample logistic related document preparing;
?    Support Team Assistant to arrange meeting, prepare invitation letter, etc.
?    Support other department activities when necessary.


Qualifications:
?    Commitment to work >= 3 working days per week;
?    Work with good communication skill in English writing and oral;
?    Customer oriented and pay attention to details;
?    Bachelor or Master/PH.D on Information Management, Logistics Management and Computer Science or other related major;
