HR Recruitment Assistant (Intern)
人力资源招聘助理实习生
Descriptions:
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment Manager, HR, and Ericsson China. The main interfaces are: Ericsson candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, offer officers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.
Main responsibilities:
1.Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, HR Business Partners (BP), and other interviewers
2.Participate in recruitment channel management
3.Arrange different tests for candidates
4.Maintain interview recording system
5.Perform candidates CVs collecting and screening
6.Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
7.Assist offer officers
8.Participate in recruitment related project
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above from top university, no major requirement
2.Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills
3.Open-minded, smart, fast learning
4.Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated
5.Able to work under high pressure
6.Good command of English and Mandarin
7.Excellent communication skills

时间要求:每周至少工作4天,且能连续工作6个月或以上(时间要求为硬性要求)。
