Hard Skills:
- Familiar with software engineering and software development
- Strong knowledge of Java, Java EE, Web Services(WSDL/SOAP), XML, Web Development(JSP/Servlet)
- Knowledge of JMS, EJB, JMX, specifications of ws-policy, ws-addressing, jsr* is a better plus
- Practical experience in Java, Java EE
- Experience on open source project is a plus
- Experience on web services project is a plus
- Experience on OSGi project is a plus
- Experience on agile development process is a plus
- Experience on WebSphere Application Server is a better plus, Tomcat/JBoss/WebLogic is also welcome.

Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and good team player
