The Role
We are looking for an intern with ThomsonReuters NDA Symbology team. ThomsonReuters is a leading global financial information provider and you will be responsible for making improvements on some critical applications of NDA Symbology team. You will work with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Operations and Support) to define and implement the way of achieving the goal over a 12-month period.  
  
You should have basic software development experience, especially in the following areas:
o    Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is a must
o    Experience with JUnit ( framework for testing Java based applications) is a must
o    Experience with building JAVA applications is a must
o    Experience with at least one web container is a must, e.g. Tomcat, Weblogic, JBoss.
o    Experience in Unix/ Linux working environment is a big plus
o    Fluent Mandarin is a must – Good Reading and Writing in English is a plus
