HR Intern
Responsibility: 
-Responsible for employees’ time & attendance management 
-Manually recording various leaves (i.e unpaid leave, sick leave)in Excel 
-Monthly preparing time & attendance manual report to payroll team
-Take charge of HR service shared mailbox to answer employees’ queries
-Work with Legal Dep. for chopping doc. 
-Manage personal files of all employees in Beijing office 
-Take care of employee onboarding and termination 
-Organize HR events & meetings  
-Working with certain vendors on foreign employees’ work permit issue 
Should be able to: 
-Have good English skill, both orally and in writing 
-Familiar with Outlook and Excel 
-Prudent and careful, in dealing with number 
-Good communication skill 
-Commit to work 4-5 days a week 
-Be able to work under high pressure 
-Start end of Dec.
