SMC grafixpool is recruiting full-time employee and intern.  
  
The grafixpool team is located in Munich and Beijing. As an international team of specialists we visualize the ideas of our consultants and turn them into best-in-class management presentations with high recognition value. At the same time, we will support you with continuous training and regular feedback on your personal development.
  
Responsibility:
-Prepare presentation in PowerPoint, follow clients’ instructions accurately and be able to finish within strict time constraints
-Give graphical suggestions beyond basic requirements
-Be able to use Illustrator / Photoshop for text and graphics effects making
-Communicate and interact with clients in a professional and positive way
-Take responsibility for special tasks, e.g. task coordinator, chief proofreader, etc.
-Draft and create print media (CD-covers, posters, etc.)  
-Contribute to the team through cooperation and participation
-All other duties assigned
  
Qualification:
-A university degree with excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of German is of advantage
-Strong teamworking skills, flexibility, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure and on own initiative
-Professional communication skills (communicate clearly and effectively), results-oriented, can see things from the client's viewpoint  
-Quality awareness, creativity
-Time management, coordination skills and ability to prioritize
-Microsoft Office 2007 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Optional: Graphics software (CS4: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign)
