Data Domain Test Automation QA Engineer - Intern

Job Description

This position is opened for candidates who have strong motivation and interest on software testing in EMC Data Domain. Candidates will focus on automated test cases development and maintenance, and test execution as well. He/she should have strong passion on software quality work and corresponding technical capability to deliver high quality test code. Experience with programming and scripting is a must.

Job requirements:                                                    
o    M.S. student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar majors
o    Good knowledge of software engineering, especially software testing theories
o    Skillful on Linux/Windows operating
o    Knowing at least one of the following scripts and be able to write programs by it:
?    Ruby
?    Perl
?    Python
?    PHP
?    Shell
o    Work independently and meanwhile collaborate with others
o    Being able to work under pressure
o    Target 4 days per week
o    Good analytical, problem-solving skills
o    Good verbal and written English communication skills


Pluses:
o    Familiar with Ruby
o    C/C++ programing
o    Knowledge of X86 architecture, Linux OS, Filesystems etc
o    Knowledge of storage industry
