工作内容：
As an Investment Intern, you will work with senior consultants to provide first class advice to a range of clients on a range of investment services.
Excellence
Technical / Thought Leadership
? Conduct data analysis
? Prepare first drafts of client documents
? Support senior team members in the construction and delivery of presentations to clients
Project Management
? Work as part of dedicated client teams in providing a variety of services to designated clients.
? Deal with Lead consultants in order to iteratively provide a suitable solution, presented well with delivery in a timely manner
? Liaise with members of the wider investment team and benefits practice in order to gain the necessary data and understanding of the client’s needs.
People
? Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
? Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
Client / Account Management
? Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
? Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
Financial / Revenue Generation
? Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by drafting proposals and responding to RFPs
招聘要求：
? Top Universities, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics and Mathematics, other science majors are also acceptable.
? A good first degree along with progress towards relevant professional qualifications such as CFA.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Team-player to be able to fit seamlessly into a team of senior and more junior people all focused on delivering work of exceptional quality
? IT and Excel skills.
? Enquiring and analytically minded individual who has a logical and thorough method of working
? Ability to grasp issues and offer innovative solutions
? Track record of delivering high quality work on time and to budget
? Guarantee at least 3 days per week with long term internship work
? Prefer graduate in 2015
