Job title: HR Assistant - Global Talent Acquisition    
The Internship Mission:    
        
        Reporting to Global Head of Talent Acquisition in Human Resources Department, the main mission is to support Recruitment worldwide project initiatives. The major projects that this person will be involved in includes Employer Branding. He/she will be working on interesting new Talent Acquisition projects that is impactful to enabling the company to recruit the best talents.    
        
Responsibilities:    
        Participate in recruitment projects that enhance and promote our company Employer Branding.    
        Participation in collection of research data and analysis for projects assigned    
        Project Co-ordination to ensure successful roll out of programs and initiatives    
        
Main Requirements:    
        The incumbent must be Techno Savvy (being totally at ease with using the social media)    
        Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint. Proficient in Web design is a plus.    
        Competent in Marketing, specifically in Branding.    
        Enjoy project management    
        Creative with a passion to convert an idea to reality    
        Good Analytical and Research skill    
        Public relations & Sales    
        Presentation and communication skills    
        A good team player    
        Proficient in Oral & Written English
