Job Responsibilities:
The mail job is focusing on BI and O&G Beijing ERP application for China regional BI project, including:
o    Collect requirement from China finance
o    Work out high level China regional BI plan including timeline and staffing plans, to get funding
o    Analyze the BI reporting requirement
o    Go through process to engagement vendor
o    Kick off & run project, managed by agile methodology for Australia BI project
o    Continue to work on AU BI project, all required activities are the same as above China BI project for OG BJ ERP stabilization
o    Continue to support Q end closing, when find out the root cause recently
o    Continue to streamline business process
o    Continue to identify opportunity to improve ERP operation efficiency and productivity
o    Build knowledge base including process map, user manuals ans system manuals to support on-going/growing business
o    Deliver useful operational reports to provide view on business transaction and finance accounting

Requirements:
o    Master degree, Computer Science or IT related major is preferred
o    Good communication skill
o    Project management experience is preferred
o    Can work 3 days/week for 6 months
o    Working location: 北京 朝阳区
