Location:    China - Beijing
Job Function:    Desktop field support related to PC, network and printer problem, collaborate with IT Global Operations team to maintain an efficient and productive computer system environment to meet the requirements of local customers and business units.  
Skills/Experience:    o    Familiar with Microsoft windows and office, office network connectivity, communication.  
o    Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) required.  
o    Initiative and self-motivated, teamwork.  
Responsibilities:    o    Computer system image installation.  
o    Provide onsite technical support of Qualcomm information technology/systems/applications to meet customer’s requirement, solve customer’s problems.  
o    Collaborate with ITCS and ITOC to provide effective IT support in the area such as MS Windows, MS office, LAN connectivity for local customers.  
o    Documentation, PC asset inventory management, IT meeting coordination.  
Education Requirements:     Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Diploma.
