Required Skills
Basic skill required:
1. Good programming skills on Java/J2EE/Web applications
2. Solid knowledge of design pattern and data structure  
3. UML/XML Modeling and Programming
4. Ability to work with the software development process, object-oriented design, Java application development
        
Preferred
1. Very experienced in Java/J2EE, spring/hibernate, javascripting, dojo/jquery
2. Familiar with DB2/Oracle/SQLServer, experienced in SQL developing
3. Familiar with Tomcat ,Websphere
4. Decent English skill, at least can communicate in writing
