Marketing Internship
Location: Beijing
Period: 3 months - 6 months
Payment: Paid
　
Key criteria:
- Students only, internship experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented, good learning attitude
- Available full time for the next
　 3-6 months
　
Key responsibilities:
　
1. Advertising
o to assist in coordinating ads for typesetting, layout andtext amendments
o to work with consultants to secure clients’ approval forads
o to assist in proofreading of all ads for newspapers andtrade magazines
o to process the online Featured Job Bannerrequests
2. Branding
o to assist Marketing Executive in developing and executingbranding projects/ initiatives; including the Global BrandRevitalisation Project
3. Direct Mail
o to work on HTML mailshots
o to work on other ad hoc/seasonal direct mailprojects
4. Marketing
o to assist Marketing Executive in developing and updatingcorporate collaterals
o to assist Marketing Executive in developing merchandisepacks for clients, candidates and other events
5. Events
o to assume the key responsibility of forming strategicpartnerships and alliances with professional bodies, associationsand tertiary institutions in rolling out RW executive dialogueseries and executive career seminars
o to manage all logistical issues for all events, includingsponsored events
　
6. PR and Communications
o to assist the PR & Editorial Specialist in customisingall global and regional press releases for local media
o to compile all publicity materials – print, online andbroadcast – for our Comms library
o to research on other career/recruitment related articlesfor references
o to assist the PR & Editorial Specialist in tidying upthe media database and developing the media map for Asia
o to assist in proofreading for all editorialprojects
　
7. Any other ad hoc projects where the marketing function couldbest support the business
