Responsibilities:
o Handling incoming communication from customers and internal support groups regarding technical issues
o Schedule onsite visits of engineers and spare parts delivery
o Keeping records of all activities in the reporting system
o Dispatching problems timely to the relevant Support Groups
o Manage notifications for escalations
Requirements:
o Very good at speaking Malay, be capable of speaking English or Mandarin
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner
o Customer service experience and expertise
o IT literate
oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel/Outlook
oAbility to work under pressure
oLogical thought processes and ability to drive total quality management
oAbility to multitask
oFocus on virtual/remote customer service
oAbility to build relationships
oConfidence in holding cold calls
oAbility to negotiate/influence
oPride in representing EMC brand
oFlexibility
oAvailability for shift work is essential for this team (nights and weekends)
