_ College / Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture, Urban Planning or related field
_ modest, studious, and have the desire to do better
_ good  English, written and oral
_ high reliability and trustworthy
_ fully conversant with drafting in AutoCAD and sketchup, expertise in Rhino and InDesign is preferred

-较高的可靠度和稳定性；
