角色与职责
软件开发实习生将参与几个不同项目中的任意一个Windows平台上有关Kinect，语音识别，或显示工具的开发。职责包括实现新模型，或继续已有模型的实现以进入更高层次。
条件要求

-出色的解决问题的技术
-独立调研创造性解决方法
-处理含糊不清的要求；不畏惧频繁的要求变更；寻找挑战
-优选有C#，Win32, Kinect，或基于深度的手势识别算法及显示工具，但不要求
-希望具备英语会话技术但不要求
-能保证六个月的实习；能得到导师的书面认可

Group Overview
The mission of the MSRA Innovation Engineering Group (IEG) is to transform cutting edge innovations invented by the researchers into solutions that solve real-world problems, to radically change the way users work, live, and play. If you have passion for innovation, thrive on working in a small exiting team, and want to be on the leading edge of technology, this is the right group for your internship.

Roles & Responsibilities
The software development interns will be working on any of several diverse projects involving Kinect, voice recognition, and presentation tools on the Windows platform. Your responsibility will be to implement new prototypes, or continue the implementation of existing prototypes to carry them to the next level.
Required Qualifications:

-Have excellent problem solving skills
-Can independently investigate creative solutions
-Handle ambiguity; thrive under near-constant change; seek challenges
-Background in C#, Win32, Kinect or depth-based gesture recognition algorithms, and presentation tools preferred but not required
-English speaking skills desired but not required
-Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.
