Title: Marketing Intern (Executive assistant to marketing director)
Responsibilities
1. Take charge of budget tracking, spending linearity and program management in the team, frequent communication with finance, sales and other marketing teams,
2. Day-to-day management of administrative issues of director/team such as calendar/travel/meetings.etc
3. If capable much encouraged to involve in specific marketing programs such as e-commerce, campaign and key customer meetings, or even lead own marketing program (with many precedents already)
4. Responsible for organizing other interns/GBs on POP, purchasing, finance training.etc
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Basic Requirement:
1. MBA, Postgrad or undergrad in 3rd/4th years, with relevant major or experience (full time work experience a huge plus)
2. Able to commit 3-4 days a week for a year (time commitment is a must, flexible weekly schedule open for negotiation)
3. Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
4. Proactive, mature, passionate, down to earth and detail oriented
5. Able to start before end of April
Preferred Requirement:
1. MBA student with work experience (strongly preferred), or senior year students with rich internship experience,
2. Proved willingness and ability for comparably long time commitment
3. Interest in joining technology industry or marketing function
4. Experience of working with senior managers and customers a plus
5. Able to start asap.
